Michael Allen, co-editor of St. Louis City Hospital: A History, attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Georgian, the condominum development that Gilded Age Restoration is building at the City Hospital. He made these images during the event, which began at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2004.

Due to rain, the reception and ceremony was moved inside of the gutted and barren Administration Building. Two display units in the West Ward Wing Building were opened for display after the ribbon-cutting.
